Let's check that your SIMBox is up to date and ready to go.
• Did you buy it after 2020? Your Ejoin SIMBox needs to support at least 5G—models purchased before 2020 are likely limited to 4G.
• Did you pay around $4,000–$5,000 for it? If not, it's most likely not a supported model.
• Are you in the US? If you're outside the US, please check with your phone carrier. For example, a SIMBox purchased in Canada won’t work in the US.

Pick out the hardware
We have three model boxes available: a 32 phone line box, a 64 phone line box, and a512 phone line box.
Based on how many phones you'll need, you'll buy the corresponding hardware device, along with a matching SIM card bundle.
Keep in mind you will fill up the box with SIM cards, but you won't need to activate them all. So, you don't have to pay a monthly fee unless you activate the SIM cards.
Once you activate the SIM cards, you'll be assigned a phone number inside of Private Tabs automatically for corresponding fee based on the number of phone lines activated per month. Otherwise, if you don't activate the SIM card, there is no monthly fee!
