## Does private tabs work outside the United States :

Yes however our proxy network is optimized for us markets.  So if your planning purchasing on market places outside of the united states you'll want to use proxies that are optimized for this.  If you want you can purchase a private subnet that will work best when dealing with outside markets.   A typical private subnet is about three hundred dollars. This can be useful if you plan to purchase in Europe or over seas.  If your ticket pullers are over seas but your buys are in the US then private tabs will work just fine for you.

## Can I use my own proxies :

Yes you can very easily use your own proxies, simply load up the account page that lists all ticket master accounts and then from there edit the account by clicking the account name or email.  Then you will notice you can choose various proxy options.  By default it is set to the Private Tabs network, however you can very easily change to a specific proxy that will always be used every time you launch this profile. Or you can even setup a proxy pool and have it rotate to random proxies when the profile is launched. However we strongly recommend keeping everything one to one ratio. So if your going to use your own proxies only put one proxy per account.

## Does it store my credit card data in the cloud :

Yes it stores everything in the cloud and then syncs with your local pc, the data is encrypted and stored offsite.

## Is it secure enough to save my credit cards or other information :

Like anything nothing is secure on the internet, in fact even banks and the government is being hacked all the time.  So for me to tell you it's secure is difficult.  What I can tell you is it is as secure as any other online website. We encrypt the data and store it in a way that should be protected but at the end of the  day anything that is exposed on the internet can be hacked.  If your concern about this we recommend only uploading the CVC codes and not uploading the full credit card.  Instead store that in the actual website such as ticket master  under your account.

## How do I add custom domains :

You can add custom domains by configuring this in the classic mode. Normally you would not want to load the classic mode however in this case custom domains are configured in this mode.  So you the easiest method is to just setup the regular email fwding which is found when you login.  But if you want to setup more advance custom domain dns fwding you have to log into the classic mode and then click the three dots in the upper right corner. From there on the left side when you go into the my account section you will see there is a area that says configure email.  Choose custom domains add the domain.  Then follow the instructions to update your dns with your provider such as go daddy or name cheap. If you are struggling with this I can setup a meeting with you and someone who can do a screen share and walk you thru this. 

## How do I set up phone fwding :

This depends which system you are using, if you are using a third party system such as text chest, seat heroes or even your own sim box you can fwd this to the same email that is found for gmail fwding.  This is in the toolbar when you click the private tabs icon.  Otherwise if you do not have the option to fwd your text to a email then you can also purchase phone lines from us for as low as tend dollars per line, however we sell phones in packs of eight lines at a time.  You can also use your own sim box hardware with private tabs but if you want to do that we need to schedule a meeting with one of our engineers who can configure your simbox for you.  But if you had your own simbox you can get lines as low as four dollars per number however the hardware cost is around four thousand dollars for five hundred phone numbers.  Which that's one time cost that will allow you to get phone for much cheaper if you do not want to buy them from us or a third party provider.

## How do I set up email and Gmail fwding :

There is articles on our website that explain this, also you can find videos on our youtube channel which walk you thru this. However the easiest method is to simply click the private tabs launcher, then launch chrome mode.  From there click the private tabs icon in the toolbar and notice in the drop down it has a email called gmail fwding.  It starts with a few numbers and is something like one two three four at gmail dot private tabs dot com. You'll notice next to this email there is a link that says how to setup fwding. Click that link and it will walk you thru the whole process.

## Does it support multiple credit cards :

Currently it does not support multiple credit cards but we are adding this in the near future.  This is part of the new credit card mobile app called private cards.  You can learn about this by visiting private cards dot net.   This is a great program as it allows you to create anti blocking  credit cards.  This can be very useful when dealing with sites such as pacolin.  It takes about three weeks to activate your credit card account.  If you use another service like sash or divvy that will also work just fine with private tabs.

## Do I have to import my credit cards :

You do not have to import your credit cards, however most will always import the cvd code so this way it will automatically fill it out for you.

## How do I import my accounts :

Make sure you are using the chrome engine, do not load the classic engine.  Instead you need to click the private tabs launcher.  Then from there you should make sure you have the latest version and the yellow live update button does not appear.  Then once you have loaded the chrome engine click on the private tabs extension icon in the toolbar.  Choose View Accounts.  Then on the right side push the button that says import, from there you can download excel template file.   Simply copy and paste your accounts into this format of this file then upload it again.  When you do that all your accounts will instantly be imported into Private Tabs.  Some brokers will only import the CVC codes for credit cards since they do not want to store the full card number in the cloud.   At minium you need the name, email , phone and password, however we recommend you upload as much as possible so this way it will autofill for you.

## Can I install browser extensions :

Yes as long as they do not expose your identity,  for example you can install Ticket Flipping, Shows On Sale, Eagle Analytics, One Password or others.  Some captcha solving  extensions such as cap monster may cause it to crash.  If this happens you need to load the launcher and click on "chrome engine config" and reset the data to remove them.  Also view our youtube channel which is you tuber fwd slash at symbol private tabs to see videos on how to install extensions.

## Why does it crash sometimes :

This will only happen if you attempt to install a third party extension that exposes your identity.  It does this to protect your identity so it is not exposed.  However once you install a bad extension chances are it will keep crashing until it is removed. So what you have to do is click on the private tabs launcher, then look at the link under the login that says "Chrome Engine Config", click that link and then click reset data.  This will force the extension to be removed.  You also might want to un check the efficiency mode option as this can help with older computer.  If you have a modern computer you can leave that option checked.

## Can it run on a Mac or an older Mac with intel chip :

It works best when using an M1 , M2, or M3 chip mac however it can work just fine an older intel chip mac.  But you will see a large speed increase if your running a computer that was purchased within the past two or three years.

## What are the PC or computer requirements :

This depends on how many tabs you open, we recommend using a mac computer with M1 chip or higher as these work the best.  A typical mac that is about fifteen hundred dollars can out perform a pc that is twice the cost.  You should have at least sixteen giga bytes of ran on your pc or mac tho.   If you wish to open more than fifty tabs make sure you are running the chrome engine as this runs the best and slower computers.  But Private Tabs can easily handle 50 tabs with 16 giga bytes of ram and i5 cpu.  However the more memory the better.  We strongly recommend using an mac such as mac mini that is only one thousand dollars if you was going to buy a new computer just try to get as much ram as possible.  You do not want to run less than eight giga byte of ram.  It does work great on pc tho if you prefer using a pc instead of a mac.

## How much are your phones lines :

Phones are sold in packs of 8 and are $10 dollars a line, so $80 dollars per month and you are required to have a three month contract.  Explain we also support other phone systems such as text chest, seat heros or custom sim boxes.  Explain that if they have their own custom sim box then lines can be as low as $4 per line.  If they ask how much sim boxes cost explain that they hold 512 phone lines and are around $4000.

## What is the keyboard shortcut for toggling between tabs in Private Tabs :

For MAC, you can use either Ctrl + Tab or Option + Tab. For Windows, you can use Ctrl + PageUp or Ctrl + PageDown

## What Proxies do you use :

We use a private network not based on proxies. You can use proxy servers if you wish, but our network offers advanced automatic cleaning features not found in traditional proxy networks. It's a specialized network built for ticket brokers, providing the equivalent of having unlimited residential cable modems in your home, each with its own IP Address tied to an identity and home. This setup ensures that you don't face actual block issues due to the nature of the network. 

## I was wondering, does Private Tabs has the capability for ticket counter somewhere :

Private Tabs does not have a built-in ticket counter but you would be able to launch the Chrome version and add the extension from ticketflipping.

## Private Tabs does not open on my Mac :

If you visit updates dot private tabs dot com and and click on the new user setup option you can see there is a article that explains this.  Basically you have to locate the app in the Finder on your Mac, but don't use Launchpad for this, instead open it in the finder.  Then right click or option click the icon from the finder, it will ask you if it is safe to open.  Say yes, then from this point fwd it should always open without a problem.  You have to do this one time then it will work. If it does not work I can transfer you to someone who can do a screen share and help you.

## What do I need to do when I first install Private Tabs :

Ah, good question! When you first install Private Tabs, you need to update everything to the latest version before you can get started. It's a pretty straightforward process.

## Can I open multiple tabs with the same identity or IP address :

Currently, we don't allow this on purpose because it leads to accounts being blocked. However if you need this it's something we can easily provide you and add.  But we  normally would never recommend this as you would always get blocked doing this.  Is there a special use case or reason why you need this?  If so, I can have the dev team easily add this for you.  Once I have this info I'll call you back with an update once I share it with the rest of the team.

## Can I create multiple credit cards :

Yes, we support an assortment of credit card options.  Every profile you create can have their very own credit card, email, phone number, and mailing address.  Pretty cool hey :-) 

## Can I create an affiliate network :

Yes, you can create thousands of accounts and assign them out to a network of users under your account.  This is ideal for creating a network of resellers who use your credit cards to purchase while you stay in control.  Contact us for more information about this option, you can even private label Private Tabs as your own product!



## Can I get a discount if I have proxies :

Sure, if you do not wish to use the PT public proxy network, we'll offer you a $200 discount per month. 

There are pros/cons to doing this; the advantage of using 3rd party proxies like GeoSurf/BriteData is that you have millions of IPs to rotate through. The disadvantage is that everyone uses them and they are well documented and easily detectable.

## I used to use PT or Private Tabs, has it changed much :

Yes drastically, PT has only been around a few years, and it really has not matured until the past few months (mid-2022). We started out as a browser extension, then a web browser, then a phone inbox, then a password manager, then a virtual credit card manager, and now we have everything in one easy-to-use system. If you used PT in the early start-up stages of our business, we appreciate you and would love to show you where we are today. We are way beyond where we were last year. ## Is Private Tabs a BOT :

NO , in fact if you don't know in many industries in the US "Bots" are considered illegal, so you should strongly avoid any software that claims to automate your workflow as a Bot.  Private Tabs is just a Web Browser.  It does have autofill features like 1Pass or chrome, which it will automatically fill login forms for you, but that's about as close to any kind of "automation" that is there. It's no different than Chrome or Firefox in that respect. It's just a web browser that centralizes all your tools in one spot so you don't have to toggle around between multiple products. It's a suite of all the typical tools a reseller will need to succeed, such as account management.

## Are updates free and how often :

We push out new updates every two weeks or less. Simply click the live update button in the toolbar to install the latest version.

The standard price of Private Tabs costs $499 per month for a single user license. If you would like to add additional users, these also cost $499 per month. If you want to purchase phone lines, those can be purchased for $25 per phone number per month. All other features, such as virtual credit cards, email inboxes, tab monitors, and much are all included for no additional costs.
